Hey, I’m Cole Schaefer, owner of Mile High Decks LLC. I’ve spent my whole life in construction, and for the past 10+ years I’ve focused on custom decks, porch roofs, and pergolas. My core team has been with me for nearly a decade — we’ve honed our craft and protect it by using proven timber-framing techniques, precise lapping, ring-shank nails and more to outlast the competition.
We care about quality more than most. That shows up in the details: structurally sound connections, clean craftsmanship, clean jobsite, and materials selected to perform in Colorado’s climate. Our goal is simple — build beautiful, lasting outdoor living spaces that keep you happy for years to come.
